WHAT IS "THE WEATHERCASTER"? In the late 1970's I started a newsletter called THE WEATHERCASTER. It had a small circulation and soon died. Then, in the early 1990's I started it up again. It had a bigger circulation, then died. Putting out a newsletter is a time-consuming and expensive activity, especially when the publication is sent out free of charge. Then a wonderful thing happened. Everyone discovered the Web and so here it is again - and this time there is little or no cost of publication and distribution. It is my intention that THE WEATHERCASTER be far more than it ever could have been when it was printed and mailed. I welcome your comments, ideas, and submissions - essentially anything you might want to share with your colleagues (and since this is on the Net - the public as well). As always, any comments you send will be kept strictly confidential (your name and market will NOT be revealed without your express permission).
