ANYone who thinks he knows as much or more about forecasting than ANY grad from Penn State, FSU, or Purdue suffers from a synoptic-scale misjudgment of his place in the cosmos.

One of the gradual revelations in studying any science is the appreciation for how little any of us know in comparison to what we don't know.
