In response to the guy who wrote about Magid......I just wanted
to say that I am sure there are some MSU graduates that know their stuff.
But first of all about the WSR-88D.....could you work one and interpret
ALL of the data when you got out of college?? I would bet that you couldn't.
Schools (well at least the one I am in) cannot afford radars to use as
teaching aids to teach you about radars......that's why I am doing as many
internships that I can, that way I get some EXPERIENCE. You said it yourself in
your story about the guy right out of college, you said "I know FAR more about
severe wx and Doppler than he does (from 10+ years of experience and MSU
courses.)"
I'd be willing to bet you know FAR more from the 10+ years of experience that
you do from the MSU courses.
Withhold name in order so that I may freely speak my mind.
